Business qualities for today - Consistency

Starting a new business is a difficult and frustrating endeavor. In the beginning it will seem as if you are in a hole in a little corner of the world. This is more if you are in one of the very competitive areas and there are some more established entities you have to compete with. It is very easy to give up.
That is where consistency is needed. You need to be consistence in your effort to get your first client. This client should be given services that are consistence with standards in the market. If you are lucky your first client comes back to you again, you have to be consistence with the level of service you provide. One that satisfied customer keeps coming over and over again you are on the way of getting more customers as that client will draw others to you.
Being consistence does not mean keeping old ways or even bad ways of doing things. It means being consistence in looking for better ways of rendering the same service. It also means being consistence in satisfying your clients.
Those who will avoid consistency in doing business will realize sadly that their clients will move away from them when they get to know other people who offer better services.
